Bob is the best - we may be coming back very soon! Although we are still downsizing, we are unhappy with a different, albeit closer facility. InStorage was there for us when dealing with difficult property managers in our apartment community. Friendly and helpful are all staff. Our storage has been and is safe with InStorage Yorba Linda. Vivian was absolutely wonderful! She set up our unit quickly and explained everything available to us. Push carts, locks, etc. She was very thorough and was super fun and sweet with our two bored boys who came along to help us move items into the unit!

My only concern was that the unit I reserved was listed as "outdoor access" which I took to mean you could access it from outside. That was not the case and I ended up having to pay double for a unit that actually had outdoor access.
