Pricing fine. Customer service? REPLACE! Felt like I was inconveniencing the one person working there in an empty room. (And it was 3 different employees i dealt with) Inquired about multiple units and was told to look at it on my own. What??? I don’t work here! Move-in day: no employee to be found from 9:45-11:30am super inconvenient considering that I didn’t have a lock! All of my belongings SAT unlocked for hours. Previously, I purchased a lock with My Self and was told specifically “not to open the package because I might lose the key” and to WAIT until I moved it for the employee to “walk me through the locking process”. Welp… NO ONE WAS THERE ON THE DAY OF MOVE IN. Another tenant there ask me if they were open yet because he was moving OUT, they still werent. So he had to leave and make time to come back. Called the phone number on the door and was told they were running errands. How incredibly inconvenient! Next time, schedule your errands OUTSIDE of your office hours. People moving in/out are having long stressful days. Spending hours going to the post office a couple blocks away is not the best use of your service when you work at a storage unit facility. OR why don’t you look at the schedule and see if THAT day is the ideal day to send your employee to run errands. Move ins/outs? Probably NOT the best day. You wasted and inconvenienced 3 customers that morning. And I know this because we all stood outside the doors IRRITATED that you pick THAT day, THAT moment to take 2 hours to go to the post office a couple blocks away. Bank, post office, business errands should be taken care of PRIOR to office hours or AFTER. I will not be recommending this place to anyone else. If I wasn’t in a bind to store my items, I’d leave ASAP. Who knows what else will come in the duration of my rental period. OH. And I called Corporate and NEVER received a call back. It’s been a whole week. So this lack of service stems from the root of the business. Too bad.

The facility is very clean, secure and the people are patient and polite at all times. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Facility is easy to access and check in was quick

When I checked in no one said anything about the rents raising. After I moved in I was told if I was going to stay long term they will raise the rent. So they punish the long term customers by raising the rate. Seems like they donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t want long term customers.

They let you borrow a truck for free. Cleanest storage facility ive ever seen. Most affordable as well. My parents store their trailer here and that is a bit pricy but for storage units, its very affordable.

Great prices and a friendly staff. Seems like itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s pretty secure too.

We had a great experience moving into the unit- very clean facility and up to date w great camera and security system in place.

Between my husband's cars and my business, we have rented as many as 6 units in other facilities. This one is definitely the cleanest and easiest to get to and get around in of them all.

This is the first time I needed a storage space so not familiar with the process. I will say this was a pleasant experience, staff was kind & took the time to show me two spaces so I could decide. Place is clean n easy to get in & out. Their freight elevators are spacious to get u & ur items to the second floors with ease.

Great customer service. Easy move in. There we're a few bumps in the road, I wouldn't say they resolved them or even make an attempt to make up for it, but we got thru it.

I was looking for a good place with reasonable prices - this is it! Lisa helped me out and made the whole process fast and easy. The place is clean and safe. I had zero problems with the whole process. They are wonderful here!

Services was decent. Clean environment, located right off 57 FW. Access hours were a little short compare to other storage units.

I really like the storage facility the spaces are full 12feet in width and thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s plenty of room to maneuver your motor home into your space,itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s very convenient to have a dump station there also. I would like to see the $ price a little lower though..

The facility is pretty new and they make it easy to get in and out of. No sneaking in behind someone. They keep a good control of the carts so you do not have to go hunting for one if needed. The elevators are large enough to haul you and your items up and down with no problems. They do require a cylinder lock on their units. So leave your padlock at home. The logistics so much easier to handle if you want a second floor unit to save money.

I just moved my belongings from Public Storage to this storage facility because of the incredible bargain price. Bonus points for having a loaner truck available and being brand-spanking-new!

The only unclear part is the REQUIRED INSURANCE!!! This info is really hidden in your website!!!! If I was not so BUSY I would have not rented. I did not find out about this extra $11.00 per month until I arrived!!! Can you please offer me some equitable refund of some of my costs??

So far so good. Moved some things in yesterday. Thankful for the carts and the offer of the truck, even though I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t need the truck. It was nice to have the option.

My girlfriend and I went in to get a storage space yesterday but as you can tell moving is no fun so our moods were not the best but she changes them 360•. Monique made my morning! She was very professional and detailed, toured us on all of the options we had, and gave us the best price we found anywhere from LA to AZ and helped us make the best informed decision!

It's a well-lit facility with great security and customer service. Very affordable prices. Can't find much better in this area.

The prices are lower than anyone else in town and the facility is immaculate. The staff are very knowledgable and helpful.
