They are very good with their lock checks. I had my lock not secure a couple times and they informed me. When I was moving out and had trouble taking out my lock off my storage, Javier was efficient to come by and help out. Once he got to my unit, he knew exactly was wrong and got it out in literally 2 minutes! He is polite and provides amazing customer service. The facility is clean and well kept and I would definitely recommend my friends to store their belongings there.

This location and their staff is another prime example of american standards with reasonable rates and oldfashion customer care. Thank you for the easy access, clean facilities and security. We only went there once; to clear out my mother's storage. When we arrived, Javier was taking a lunch break but came back before the time he specified. He was very courteous and polite, and showed where and opened the outer door to the unit for us. He even helped us throw away the trash. If we ever need to rent a space, I would definitely rent here and will recommend to everyone. Thank you, Javier, for your kind and courteous service!

I was very surprised and happy with the helpful suggestions I got from the women working in the office. I had breakable and awkward furniture and boxes and I was going about buying products all wrong. They took the time to show me what would work better and how to use the wrapping wand to secure my Grandfather Clock. I would recommend public storage to anyone, especially the one I used in Anaheim on La Palma. The ladies there went over and above in helping me. They were always cheerful and helpful.
