The online reservation process was easy to navigate and complete. The on site staff was very kind and knowledgeable. The storage unit is clean. The price is competitive to other companies around. The only thing that could have made my experience better was to know up front about the additional fees including insurance and a lock. It would be even better if those items were included in the price.

I was looking for an easy way to store household goods in between moves. Moving in was super easy, and I was easily able to upgrade the size of my storage unit.

This location got right to the point. the size room I needed, for the best price with out a lot of paper work or hoops.

I had an issue with my first invoice and contacted Kathleen the Property Manager. She was not only apologetic of the mishap but she dealt with my issue immediately! My call was returned promptly, issue resolved and she was very friendly and beyond helpful!

i feel comfortable and safe with the storage area. Even when i'm there alone. i would recommend to all my friends who are in need of a safe place to store their possessions. The area is always clean,including the bathrooms.
