The reservation process was super simple and convenient. Especially the fact that I was able to complete and sign my rental documents online. All I had to do next was go to the office to show ID and get my gate code. I was unimpressed with the facility and the layout of the building and only one door to enter and exit from, and the customer service received from one of the ladies working. I liked how downstairs right next door there's a 7-Eleven built into the same building as storage.

This is a nice, new, clean storage facility. Conveniently located off the 91 fwy on Knott Ave. I like the high security just to access your space. It makes me feel my store is more secure than other facilities I have visited.

I needed assistance w/my lock and The girl on duty couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be bothered to make sure I knew how to use it. She was in a rush to get back to whatever she was doing. Also, the manger on duty is extremely rude and couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be bothered to help.
