The customer service was amazing. I had missed my reservation and my chance for a rate was missed. However, the associate, was able to secure my rate and get me the storage I needed. He also made sure that I had time to gather everything I needed. He even went as far as to call me back as I walked down the street. Thank you so much for the hospitality.

The code for the entry gate and the locker number was written on my paperwork. But no code for the door to the inside units. There was no one on site and it was normal office hours. 10:30 a.m. An hour delay which cost me $75.00 more for my movers. There was no one to call and the person who finally showed up was not concerned as I would have expected. Said he was in a meeting. It seems there should be someone available for all the hours that is posted on the door. Or at least someone to speak to.
