I completed my process online quick and easy..I got to the unit and my key was in my unit.

The price was good but the unit was a bit Dirty and the top was falling apart.

Hours are not good and I was told that we could still access even if it was late. I was moving from Texas and was told I could arrive late because I had the access code. I arrived with movers and we could not get in. It resulted in me having to extend the truck leasing time and paying someone again to move my items into storage

Your location is very convenient to where I live. The representative was courteous and knew without checking, what was available for my needs. The prices of storage facilities are rising just like the prices of a new home in California. There should be a discount for Senior Citizens, 60 age group, who could benefit from storage. This is why many people try to store in the garages of family and friends. Many times, they wear out the welcome. Newer Town Homes' HOA will not allow you to use your garages, primarily for storage.

I've rented from this public storage before, so when I was in need of temporary storage again, it was my first choice. Not only did Denise have a great sense of humor, she was very helpful, and answered all my questions. From the time I got to the office, saw my unit, and filed out all the paperwork, less than an hour had transpired. The office was organized and the grounds were well kept. The lighting in the storage unit hallways was quite adequate, and it's easy getting in and out through the security gate. If you need a place to store your stuff, short or long term, this is the place for you.

I am a pack-rat so have been a storage customer off and on for quite some time. I feel Public Storage is safe, secure and easily accessible. The office staff has always been professional, friendly and helpful.

It was a very easy experience to rent and the staff were helpful and professional.

Needed storage space near home and good price. Manager was well trained and explained contract in detail. Answered questions about rate, locks, gate entry etc. without any problems. It took less than half an hour from arriving and departing the storage after signing contract and dropping all stuffs. Excellent service.

The young women MARKI, who helped me was very professional and good at her job. She was very helpful in every way. She made it quick and easy to rent a space.
