Everything went smooth, from checking in to moving in. Very safe, clean facility

We just started using this storage unit so we'll see how it goes, but so far so good. The woman who helped us was super friendly and answered all of my questions thoroughly. You can use an app on your phone to open the gates which is super convenient and up to date with modern technology.

Excellent service, clerk was being a professional, explained very patiently how to access everything as to get to premises and locker. Low budget pricing. I would absolutely recommend it to a friend!

Customer service could use work but over all good

The storage units prices are not reasonable because the sizes of the units are very small and the prices are high. One thing I will like to tell you that there is only one property manager is very hard to communicate with due to shortness of staff.

Clean safe secure, customer service has been fantastic. After talking to James the manager, was my deciding factor to rent from them. Heﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s an excellent employee.

I feel totally confident that my storage at this location is as safe as possible. The staff are always here, ready to help and to answer any questions. Public Storage has many great locations throughout Orange County. This one is just a few miles from my home. I moved my storage here to get the best price I have found!

Overall good clean storage facility, however the walls of the units are pieced by pieced with several cutouts which neighbors can peak through.

Good the hard work. Actually the way customers are handle by the service provider was very astonishing. I appreciate that and also for the fast service it provide over the course time I stayed there.45 minutes turn out 15 minutes.

This location has the best rates of all local public storage locations. They are well organized, clean, and fairly good access hours. Watch out if youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re planning to use the moving carts...while general access hours are longer, the carts are only available during limited office hours by checking in your ID at the Office.

Very impressed by the size and cleanliness. The management team is pretty organized as well. The facility has a number of convenience features, including transport flat beds (free), and bathrooms.

This storage place had the fairest price I could find for the size I wanted. The service was friendly and professional. They have great security at every turn which makes it easy to feel comfortable there.

Like so many other couple (over the years) we've been putting so much in our garage we can't fit a car inside. I bought a new car so we needed to clean out our garage. When comparing the different storage companies and units we found a plethora of them. This was by far the best, starting with initial phone conversation, their pricing could no be beaten and when walking to our unit their entire building was spotless. Over the years we've need to rent a storage unit from time to time, this is by far, the best.

There was a hidden insurance fee that the salesperson failed to mention until we had already given the credit card. However, using Sparefoot was a great idea. I would definitely recommend the service.

the facility is in La Habra corner of Lambert and Harbor, is well secured, very clean, the location is ideal, rented the right storage size for a good price, and most of all I was helped by Susan who's very knowledgable and friendly.

Everyone there is very friendly and professional, and the property is clean and well-maintained, but I'm disappointed that the light in my unit does not light and having one is considered an "extra." They did initiate a work order for me, but now I'm being told it could take "up to a month" just to change a light bulb.

Susan at La Habra public store she did a great job she helped us out we had checked out to other storage places but when we talk to Susan everything came out all right got a good price pretty great I respect Susan she was there by herself and handled everybody at a timely manner

I searched all over Orange County and could not find a deal as good as this one. The price is fair and the service I received from Monica was top notch.

Monica is great! She was very helpful and informative. She made sure we knew everything we needed to know about renting a space and kept a decent attitude despite the amount of people there were in line.

First month is just $1 but then you get hit with the 1 time 25 dollar fee...so 1st month wasnt juat a dollar, it was 26 insurance Just be up front about the pricing. Dont waive 1 fee, to replace it with another.

Update: location is still under construction but for the most part it's been well maintained and the gate is working. Thank you Susan for being so helpful. My mother rented a space at this location. Customer service was the best. Susan the manager is the sweetest person, she was very patient and caring. My mom had been feeling ill so she was a little slow on waking but Susan was amazing making my mom comfortable and trying to make her laugh. About a week later she called to see how the storage worked out. I let her know it was perfect. She then asked how my mother was doing..... I was really surprised she asked, most people will go about there business. Thank you Susan for being such a beautiful person.

I've been at this facility for seven months now I've been interacting with Susan at the office she's been very helpful and very professional I would definitely give it a five star's and encourage anybody to use it

Susan was awesome. Super helpful, very friendly made it really easy to store our things! Plus love the three layers of security, Gate code, Door code, Roller door lock.

Cliff was great to work with! He answered questions in advance via phone and when we arrived to take possession of our unit he and the staff were very courteous and extremely professional and had us in and out in no time! It was a seamless transaction and we will recommend this facility to friends and family in the area.
