I love this storage , clean , pro , helpful... but I give only 4 star because the access hour 7am -7pm , if they can do 6am- 10pm ( cubemart storage ) better , so I can come to my storage before I go to work or after .

The Santa Storage center has convenient floor plan and access. The inside looks nice with good lighting and air conditioning. They have decent price so far. It would be nice to have bathroom nearby.

Having seen loads of places this one is actually super nice and clean.

Chose this place because of location. Everything was excellent including free use of dolly in the lobby. One thing that's bothersome is how the unit is built; the beams takes up space in the unit itself so you lose space.

The man at front desk was very nice and helpful. Good decent storage for 5x10 I would definitely recommend!

This is an awesome place to store your household goods it's clean and easy to get to they have many different sizes. The people there are friendly and very helpful. They also rent their own trucks there so don't get a truck first and then go there get it from them.

The staff is very easy to work with the property is very clean the only exception is that there are only two elevators. The last two times that we have taken trips over there the other people moving in or out formed lines to use the elevators instead of taking turns so it was very frustrating getting our stuff initially moved in. We spoke to a couple of people that had been waiting for the elevator for over an hour and a half. The storage facility also has very limited hours 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. gate access instead of 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. like most other properties.

They have great move in deals and after that the prices are still good. Secure place, clean, and near the 22 FWY. Plus everyone is helpful and courteous.

Everybody is nice and helpful. The place is clean, has huge elevators and carts if you need them...you do, it saves going up and down if you're not on the ground floor. Its warm on the 3rd floor, but cheaper!

It's really only 2 months you pay 58, so that was disappointing

Very clean and courteous. Provided everything I need. No trash near the dumpsters which is awesome because a lot of people just toss stuff they don't want out and Santa Storage doesn't allow you to dump trash at all. A good call.

Immediately I was greeted and treated with hospitality and respect. The prices are reasonable, the storage space was clean, and my favorite feature of the facility is the safety.

Front staff is very friendly. Storage units are very clean. Love the music played throughout the storage unit building. There is great lighting throughout the whole building which is a plus for me. Don't feel scared to go alone. Pricey hurts a bit. But love that they charge on a month to month basis.

Good specials and service quick and easy to apply

I began by making a reservation by phone. It was through a third party but the representative was still very friendly and very patient and throroughly answered my 101 questions. I showed up to the storage facility within an hour of the phone reservation and began moving my things into the unit within 15 minutes. The rep on site was just as friendly and answered my additional questions graciously. They even offer auto payments which is super convenient. I wish the 5x5 unit was less than $50 all year but $69 including insurance is not bad i guess.

It was my pleasure in having been taken care of in a professional manner as well as showing me the procedures of how to arrive at the designated lot assigned by your employer, including the usage of all the necessary codes and elevator...

The location and the individual units area easy to access and they make sure people know the security measures taken to keep the storage units safe, which is comforting. Staff was pleasant and made the process of getting into the storage unit easy and efficient.

It all began with great customer service in the front office. Both ladies were very friendly and helpful. When I told them I wasn't too sure about which size unit I wanted they both said let's go look and I would have a feel for what would work for me. Sure enough, I did and chose the 10X15 unit. The place was very clean and security is awesome. The fact that I got unlimited use of the carts was very nice also. I had a great stress-free experience and would recommend them to anyone who needs storage.

I am using the facility as an interim place to store my office furniture. I am very pleased with the facility it is neat and secure. Sarah at the front desk was awesome! She was knowledgeable, friendly and customer focused. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

The folks (Barbara) are awesome, it was clean, comfortable and fairly easy to access. One of them noticed "something" didn't seem right one afternoon. She called the police. They found someone trying to steal a family's belongings (disguised as movers). I feel very secure with my stuff there now!

What an experience compared to our last storage facility! Barbara was a so awesome. She helped us pick the best unit for us, which was a bit bigger than we reserved initially. She was helpful and sweet. Excellent customer service! There were nice big carts that made getting our stuff to the 2nd floor so easy, along with a nice roomy elevator, and smooth floors. Door rolls up & down very easily. This place is super clean, very secure, they ebb do "garage sales" to help you get rid of stuff you don't need. the office being open on Sundays is really nice too. They sell drinks & have a very nice restroom inside the office too. I think there's a porta potty outside foebwhen the office is closed. Music plays inside for a little extra motivation while you're moving stuff. This place has it all!!!!

The price beat any other places that had the same storage space, outside, and drivable. I definitely felt that my belongings were secure after visiting the facility. I was in a hurry to return a trailer I rented, knowing that, the staff quickly finished my paperwork, took my payment, and personally escorted me to my unit. The facility and my unit is immaculate, and even though my unit is on the second floor, it is an easy, straight shot, to were I can park my truck.

It is a great place, clean, safe where you can store your belongings. The lifts are spacious and the whole place is well lit. You can park your car close to the building where your unit storage is. Then you borrow one of these carts on which you put your stuff and carry it with no hassle nor pain to your unit. Barbara is very nice and patient, she walked me through the whole process and helped me set up into my new storage room.Everyone there is friendly. Yes, I recommend this place to anyone who needs a storage space!

I'm very happy with this facility. It definitely lived up to the reviews I read here. Barbara assisted us with our paperwork and showed us around. She was very nice, helpful, and made us feel welcomed. It's close to the 22, so very easy highway access if you don't live in Garden Grove. Very happy with the security. You have to enter your code to get in and out of the gate, and also to get in the elevator to the storage units. The road next to the units is a little narrow, which is where you park while loading/unloading, but it wasn't a problem for us at all. There's music playing in the building with the storage units, which was really nice! We happened to come a little after 1pm and no one was in the office - there was a sign saying they'll return at 2pm, so we ran some errands and came back. Barbara apologized and explained she was there by herself that day, and that it wasn't the norm, so I didn't let it affect my review here, but thought I would mention it because I want the review to be 100% honest. Overall, I'm very happy and would definitely recommend them to others! :-)

Very Clean. Nice Office people. Love the carts they allow you to borrow. makes the moving easier. Well lit. Very clean and just an overall nice place to store our family belongings.

Nelly was amazing with finding the best offer and unit for my needs and walking me through the process and getting me set up and into my unit. She was understanding of my situation and found a way that worked for me and offered tools to help make my move smoother. I'd recommend this place to anyone needing storage and recommend they work with Nelly.
