Cube Smart staff was very helpful staff.

These people re b crooks. Here they are renting. 5x10 on the 1st floor for $80 a month which is great. But b on the other hand me, I’m pay $130 a month and b with late fees which I get every month since I don’t make enough to cover the cost of its inflation. I pay $150 a month. But they won’t change my rates. I need the storage though

My first day of inquiry had IT malfunction but Branch Mgr was kind to assist & inform policies. Next day branch mgr despite the computer gliche , was also persistent to help & had a goal to make sure that i got the unit right . kudos to cubesmart staffs!

The main two doors to building D do not shut properly. There is a big dent in the left door, which looks like someone tried to kick the door in. I tried shutting the left door first then the right door, then vice-versa. I ended up slamming my middle finger and it bled. Please repair the main door ASAP as it doesn't feel secure at all.

I purchased a storage space for an rv, the price was very reasonable for the area, so I expected concessions. Well, when I arrived, I was shocked to see that my storage space wasnt actually a parking space at all, but the leftover space between two overhangs that someone had decided to mark as a parking space. There was about 4” of clearance on wither side of my trailer, and if I hadnt been in a time crunch I would have cancelled and gone somewhere else. It was extremely fortunate that I didnt damage someone elses unit while trying to park, I did damage my own, I will need to purchase a new ladder, because mine is now destroyed, renter beware, ask about your unit before paying.

Clean unit. Easy to access. Works for our needs

It’s very clean and being covered is a plus. The staff was very professional and made it easy to do paperwork. It looks like a very secure facility. And another plus it’s two miles from my home. So far I’m very happy. 👍

I'm glad I selected this location. Price was good, staff is friendly, and the location is nice for me.

Other than having to make several phone calls and waiting for 20 mins at the door. Everything else was good

I can't speak on much since I just rented the unit & have only been there once. But staff was very cool & extremely helpful. Facility was neat & tidy too. Not a lot of people w/all their stuff piled out in front of their units "rearranging".

Got an email at 6 AM stating my storage was ready, but when I got to the Storage the guy said my unit had be cancelled last week. After about 45 mins of going back and forth and showing the email he finally just gave me a storage. The worst part is that I had hired movers that I was paying by the hour, I had to pay an extra hour for all the stand by time!

The Rep in customer service was very polite, friendly, and professional. He gave us a tour of the facility and explained how everything works, from where to park, the codes, business hours, and where to get and put away the dolly. The facility location was just right, clean, and impressive. And the price! It can't be beat, no matter where you live. So, if you have a CubeSmart in your area, I recommend getting a unit there before they are gone, and you find yourself out of luck.

I completed everything online without an issue. I showed up to the facility and used the code for the temporary padlock and once I was in my unit there was a welcome pack with my keys and lock! Very nice and efficient. Smooth move-in.

It's a storage place. It's clean, and we'll maintained. But the customer service is what sold me. Peter was patient and very friendly. He made sure my experience was above any expectations. Thank you!

You have to hunt down a push cart Everytime you go there and find the manager to get you a cart there is not enough carts that's all there's to that problem and that is why I would not recommend any to cube smart butt if that cart shortage was fixed ASAP THEN YOU BET YOUR BOTTOM DOLLAR I WOULD RECOMMEND

Fast easy and great customer service

After receiving word my storage facility was closing down I found myself online looking for a new storage facility. Sparefoot popped up and I picked up the phone and called. The other line was answered by a live person who was well trained, professional and extremely helpful in locating a CubeSmart with vacancy. Never hearing of CubeSmart before I was a bit hesitant; a nearby friend checked it out for me. CubeSmart's property is new, clean and appears to have an appropriate amount of security in place. The personnel was professional and friendly. The pricing is what it is, fair enough. The process was streamlined, easy and standard. We are hopeful to have a long lasting and mutually beneficial relationship with CubeSmart.

Like I said before, this was the first time I used sparefoot. It was easy, customer service was excellent! I will definitely use sparefoot again for my storage needs, especially for my boat.

The customer service when I went to sign up was outstanding; everything was explained clearly, and that made our move the next day go very quickly and smoothly. The unit was clean, well air conditioned and super easy to access through one of the numerous doors. The staff opened the nearest set of doors so we could back up our rental truck close to our interior unit for fast unloading.

Super clean unit, great service and was a super easy process moving in.

Spots are a little tight but nice and spots have shade from solar panels.
