Good customer service, don't like the cost surprises. Rented the smallest unit for 39.99. No one that I spoke with prior told me $25 for admin fee, $21 for their lock and $16 for insurance!! I was able to get a smaller policy for $12 but it didn't seem to be public knowledge.

Your Facility is a great location and simple to access. The locks used to secure storage door are great and easy. I love the fact that I can transfer to the new location and use your same Facility in Texas, San Antonio. The Semi truck needed to get in latter is what we are needing. Perfect!
