I paid my money and haven’t been able to get into the gate twice I’ve been given a gate code that didn’t work

Did the phone call to them and didn't need the online completion.when I got there they did everything for me was not a bad experience very helpful staff.

The superior customer service, as well as the outstanding professionalism, clearly displays a love as well as a knowledge of what they are doing. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs quality as well as understanding.

Needed storage quickly for camping gear and US Storage was able to help me out. Was in and out within 45 minutes and that included the time to unload and get everything into storage.

All storage units are ground accessible. I don't know why I was charged $8.00 more per month for a ground floor accessible unit?

It looked clean but it wasn't moped and when I raised roll up door to max height it brought down considerable dirt, small rocks dust down. I had to reclean unit myself. Several cobwebs were missed.

They missed a few cobwebs inside my unit and didn't have time to mop . ( I was there at 9am when they opened which gave them little time because I was in hurry)
