My husband and I had an easy move in, no trouble with carrying our stuff inside because they provided us a cart to push our stuff inside our unit. I like the security cameras that were explained to us

When I rented the unit I indicated it was for my tools on the insurance plan required. I also asked about building shelves in my unit and it was okay as long as the shelves were not attached to the walls.I had all of the shelves pre cut and was installing them when the lady came up and I said I couldn't use my tools inside the unit.This makes no sense. I should have went with my first impression of this place and drove away.The road up to the place is littered with trash. The place is clean but the lady had corporate written all over her. I let her push me through the paper work so I'm taking the blame.I think the lady could have handled this much better if she took off the corporate jacket

This was my first experience with this storage unit and they made it extremely easy to finish setting up. The unit is clean and a little bigger compared to others I have had in the past due to the height.

Good spot to store your stuff at. Clean facilities. Debbie was super friendly and helpful. We're moving from LA to Banning so it's a perfectly located facility right off of the 10.
