Horrible experience, paid for a unit and on the move in date, they forgot to remove their lock from my space therefore had to scramble to locate a diff open storage last min or be forced to pay an extra Uhaul day. Cust svc could not get a hold of manager...oh and the dead decomposed rat near the unit, not clean and heard about the water damage too...waste your money rent here if u want
