Easy access to storage clean space at a decent price

Please be aware that in addition to the admin fee (which is disclosed),they will make you buy a special lock that is double they price it would be at Home Depot. Their gate hours are limited to 6pm, unless you sign up for autopay, which gives you access to 9pm. But Sunday hours open at 10am. Much less access hours than other places nearby. Lastly, the 10x10 measures at 9'2" x 9'6". You are being billed for more than you pay for.

Raylien was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. She assisted me to find my unit, insuring any questions or concerns just ask. Unit was clean, perfect size for my items. I have used many storage places through the states. I recommend them!

When I made the reservation I booked it at one price and on move in day it was actually 10 bucks lower which made my day. Plus the customer service was outstanding. Very professional and made the check in process super easy.

I drove from AZ. to Palm Desert with a load of cabinets. I reserved the unit online and could only hope the reservation went through. IT DID! when I arrived, Reylein, the manager checked me in. Not realizing I needed a copy of the home owners insurance, she let me call my insurance agent and relied on an email from them as proof of insurance. She was very helpful. The units are new and clean and are very accessible. I would recommend this company to others!

This is a new, clean facility and the staff is personable and efficient. I reserved my storage unit on line and the process was quick and easy. I immediately received an email confirming my choices and reservation. I highly recommend StorQuest.

Called several places to price out the same size unit and this by far was the cleanest, nicest, safest facility for the price. The customer service was great and we were treated so well. The paperwork was easy and all went through flawlessly.

After calling many places that were full, I appreciated that I was placed with a location that had openings, and Raelien was both friendly and efficient.

The move will be into roughly 50% of the current space, needless to say there is much to store, probably for at least a year, and living in extreme hot weather, I need climate control. I was impressed with the initial contact with corporate, very helpful in finding the size I needed as close by as possible, and even more impressed with the local assistant manager, Letti, who was amazing. She located two adjacent units, the facility is new and I feel that my “stuff” will be safe, secure and I won’t need to worry.

Great location and staff was very helpful. Very good security plus extended hours for access if you do automated payment. Location is extremely clean and prices are competitive- when compared to my old storage unit which was smaller, older, less secure and dirtier!

Overall my experience was great! The receptionist, manager, greeter (one person in all) was very knowledgeable and COVID-19 friendly. This young lady has multiple duties and does each one like a pro. So thank you so much.

I researched a lot of storage facilities as I knew my belongings would be there for a while and wanted them to be in a climate controlled, safe facility. From the day I booked StorQuest, I received nothing but the best service. They informed me about everything I needed to know and was so helpful throughout the entire process. I could not be happier with my choice and will definitely use them as long as I need storage in the desert!

I needed air condition storage and reserved a unit online. The agent onsite, Rayleigh showed me the unit and completed the paperwork very efficiently. This is a new facility and is well run. The price was great. I recommend it
