In addition, we feature specialty storage such as climate-controlled storage units, as well as RV and boat storage. We offer a FREE move-in truck, and it comes with a driver and gas included. I enjoy knowing that there is always someone inside the office and on the grounds of this storage facility. I enjoy knowing that if I have any questions and/or concerns the staff members do NOT let silence invade. They will respond quickly and with sufficient answers.

I started the process online, it was very easy. When I arrived with my UHaul truck parking was easy, the in office time was very quick. Our check in person was friendly and new how to do her job well. I would definitely recommend Carlsbad Storage.

A friendly, clean facility. The only thing more I would wish for is check in via email or pone. I have two cars in storage but need to visit C Self Storage in person to secure a place for an additional car. Impossible when I do not live in Carlsbad.

I just started using the storage facility and did the paperwork yesterday, but I can say that everything went swimmingly and the service was excellent! My space is plenty big. It is enough to access and solid security is seemingly in place. It has certainly made my home move go more smoothly as I had to be out of my house by the 1st of July and my new residence is not available until the 1sr of August. I will be spending most of the month in Vancouver, BC, but am still here until I leave on the 8th July & needed a place to store various belongings. This place is perfect!

Very helpful. One issue was that another tenant had a unit between the elevator and our new unit. When we went to visit, she had stuff piled in the hallways for about 30 feet of the aisle. We were able to get our bodies through, but a cart would have had to wait a bit to get through.

Pros: very clean, low rates, friendly staff Cons: bit far from Interstate 5, location did not immediately honor sparefoot discounts (1/2 off first 2 months) - was charged full rate, had to resend Sparefoot email for future credit, no elevator to our unit (too much work to bring items up to storage)
