It was a helpful and stress free arrangement to obtain a storage unit. I was a bit concerned that there were no moving carts available, no fault of the facility though. I understand they were misappropriated by others. Place is clean and always nice to visit when I place items into storage. I would differently use this location for storage again.

Online reservation and appointment took mere seconds. I got a direct phone call in less than one minute. Site manager Alan was prompt, prepared, professional and pleasant. Strongly recommend this location, no complaints! The gated access and after-dark lighting is well designed. Location is kept exceptionally clean. Meets our family's needs 100%.

Found this place at the last minute but everything worked out great. Awesome customer service, best rates in town and well organized facility that is compact, has elevators and carts and all the supplies you need to be successful. Highly recommend this company, first monthﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s rent was $1!

Unit is perfect size for my stuff; motion sensor lights are a nice touch; only thing that sucks is the gentleman working the desk told me I could use the carts as I needed, but when I showed up, they were all locked up. So that sucks. But overall, i'm satisfied with my storage unit.

Beginning with the initial discussion on options, with the current office attendant, (kudos to her!) the size & location are perfect. Her walking me through each of them was extremely helpful. All are extremely clean & easily accessible. The prices are very reasonable. Access to all info, even when office is closed, is great. This is the 3rd time, over several years, I've utilized Public Storage at the same location & everything over the years is still extremely positive. Safety is a big deal, and is consistently attended to through the company.

nice place very well kept secure, the staff was courteous, friendly and helpful the only reason for two stars is the moving Carts are not available during non business hours which is the only time I have is either before or after work i had to purchase my own because of this. There has to be a way to check them out if you can rent a scooter on a public sidewalk you should be able to checkout a dolly using your storage code. Figure this out Public Storage you can afford!

The first month free promotion turned in to $57. Was not thrilled that i had to buy a lock because the locks you sell are the only ones that work with the units you rent.

Only thing that scared me was a guy came into the lobby showing a hole in one of his boxes and a shoe that had been eaten by a mouse. Also, my storage unit was in a triangle shape which made it difficult for storing everything efficiently.

Having moved around the country many times, I have rented many storage units in various places around the country. The service at the Tyler street location is unparalleled. Most of my dealings there have been with Tom, and he always goes above and beyond to make sure that my needs are taken care of. Everyone who rents space there has a story, and Tom is genuinely interested hearing about yours (if you so please). The last time I stopped by my unit, he asked me when my trip to Pennsylvania was coming up. I had mentioned the trip off-handedly the last time I was there, and I found it really cool that he remembered, and asked about it. Every person that has a unit there is assigned a number, but to the staff that works there, we are more than just numbers - we are people that they genuinely care about. I had a great conversation with public storage. My husband and I are having a house built in Carlsbad and we just sold our home here in Corona. We are in limbo of how we are going to do this transition. The public storage representative (Cynthia), suggested that we move our things up to the public storage facility where it will be safe and clean. She showed us around the property and made us feel that we could be assure of our things being safely stored. I believe the best point of it all was the knowledge and professionalism that was given. I am a big on customer service and felt that Cynthia went above and beyond. Great to be assured that there is still some people who want to give the best at what they do.
