I'm glad I have this unit at West Coast Self-Storage. It is clean, has more than 1 bathroom (unlike some other storage places), a few of the tenants I encountered were very friendly and Riley was awesome about showing me around so I would not get turned around and be able to find my unit.

Although the process was easy, there were small details that were left unmentioned, leaving me to wonder around for a minute. details such as the how-toﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s: how to exit the space, where to input my number, etc. The door to access my storage unit was even jammed, the numbers on the lock box were not responding.

Not the closest to where I needed a facility, but worth the extra drive for availability of what I needed and cost. I have a corner 10x10 with a small door, so it would have been nice to have a light in the unit, but it works OK for my needs.
