Great service fast convenient

I have a service dog. Fortunately, the staff that assisted me was A. She not only assisted in quickly going through the paperwork but warned me of the rat poison when the unit's door was opened. There were all sorts of trash on the floor along with the rat poison. I will clean it up. Other than that it is a typical storage facility. Did I mention the price was good.

everything was great except I cant see inside my storage unit because neither of the lights work

Never had any problems in the 5 years of using Public Storage. Maybe my only issue is the change in gate hours at the previous Public Storage I was renting from. I'm now at a different location, better gate hours. Great service at both locations.

I have rented from Public Storage on four separate occasions in my life and I have never had a single problem, ever. Their staff is friendly, the units are clean, they help you any way they can, and I very much appreciate their convenient locations. Thanks!

Alice, the manager present, was very helpful, courteous and friendly. She made sure that all of concerns were addressed and that I clearly understood the access hours and who could/couldn't access the storage unit. The only drawback is- the large furniture cart is missing...

I had a reservation at another storage facility, had many conversations with them about my move in date. On the day I was to move in they were CLOSED - it was a Monday afternoon. There was only a sign on the door that they were to be closed all day. My cars were loaded and I was in desperate need of a new storage place immediately. Public Storage came to my rescue, great service over the phone, and when I arrived service was perfect. Process was easy and my items were stored away before I knew it. They have followed up with me personally by phone and then again in this survey. Obvious they care what the public thinks! I would highly recommend Public Storage!

This facility was really nice, very handy, never had any difficulty with the gate. It was always clean, no one was every "hanging out" inside the facility area. But what a disappointment re proration. I paid my bill at the beginning of February 2014. Then unexpectedly I was able to move my things and so vacated my unit after approximately 1 week. When I checked out I was told by office staff there wouldn't be a partial refund even though I'd only been there a few days of the month. Apparently had I told staff I'd be leaving I could have paid less than the full amount but because I didn't, which I couldn't because the opportunity to move was unexpected, I couldn't recoup any of my payment. I wound up paying $164 for about a week of storage.
