Only challenge we have was lack of representatives at location to help us. I had to go there three times and finally had to make my reservation on line. I was called three times with time customer rep will be there at certain time but no one showed up.

The hours of access advertised open til 9:00 but it's only til 5:30 and I needed access at lest til 9:00 if I couldn't get 24/7 access. Is there any available at that facility?

The person in charge (Samantha) was extremely helpful and efficient. She showed the unit to me, we discussed the amount of storage and type. The transaction was processed without fuss (no paperwork). The times for access to the storage 6:30am to 9:30pm are extremely convenient.

Samantha was very personable yet extremely professional and never pressured me into feeling like I had to buy...and very u understanding of my needs without being nosy into my personal life and reasons for needing a storage unit save for the basic security questions and she even offered me a smaller unit than why I needed o I saved money as well...I loved my experience here and look forward to being here!
