Had a little trouble with the getting into the front door in the elevator finally I made it. It is a nice place and nice and clean and I do appreciate that the lady at the place is very sweet and kind and very helpful. Thank you so much.

The storage unit was clean and ready for me to move my stuff in. I only had one issue, which was that my unit was upstairs and I need to use the cart to get to my unit, but the cart needed to be fixed or replaced. It was so hard to push and extremely hard to turn. I almost couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get to my unit.

Text message indicated 1st floor but space on 2nd floor. Will meet needs adequately but disappointed it was on the 2nd floor. No in person employee not ideal.

As a disabled person, I was disappointed that the 5X5 storage spaces were on the 2nd floor, and an elevator was needed to access. The problem is that there are slopes to navigate. Even the large, heavy cart that helps move 'stuff' to the storage space is difficult to handle. It works for me, but just barely. I am glad I do not have a lot of 'Stuff' to store.

I won a unit at auction and when I arrived to pick it up the lady at the counter (Mia) was very nice and professional. She made the whole experience a delight and would recommend this storage location to everyone thanks again Mia you were a lot of help!!!!!

Ended up getting a 10 x 10 cause I missed the reservation for a 5 x 10. Cost more money but it is worth it. Turns out, 10 x 10 is exactly what my things fit in

The online advance sign up was not working the day I went in so we had to do things the old way, on a pad computer in the office. The whole thing took 20 minutes. No upselling and generally just good olﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ customer service.

Customer service is excellent. The representative I spoke to was very kind and helped me make the right decision about what size unit I needed. I appreciate that the lock is included in the price of the unit. On the negative side, the inside of the upstairs storage buildings are a bit creepy, and the inside of my unit doesn't include a light. Just don't go at night and it's a decent place.

We rented a unit at Public Storage while we were putting our house on the market. Tramia is the facility manager and She is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She was quick to analyze our needs and find us exactly what we needed.

Customer Service is great, closes for lunch. Very clean. Only problem; no designated parking for unloading and unloading of upstairs units. Park in front of other storage lockers and it's on a slant, 2 ways. In skiing we call it a double fall line, if you know. Carts are rolling! Ladies make sure you have help for the upper floor!

I have stopped by twice to make a payment on my lunch hour but the office was closed for lunch. Could your office persons take their lunch in the office or before noon or after 1pm. I hate making two trips because no one was there. Thanks.
