No wait, nice people at call center and onsite as well. Signed up in 20 minutes, piece of cake. I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t think the storage building that I am in is temperature controlled however. If that is important to you. Definitely recommend this place

The staff here were wonderful to work with. Accommodating and courteous. There was someone ahead of me the day I stopped by to do paperwork and their internet line had just been cut by Time Warner! I'm amazed they were able to get ANYTHING done, but they did. The only almost negative is that my unit faces north and with the desert winds there's a lot of dust that blows in. Perhaps better seals on the doors? I will still recommend.
