A Service from staff, nice storage facility, grounds and cement driveways and parking areas mainly in the RV storage areas are in need of maintenance.

I really am impressed with the Customer service I got from the employees their at Devon storage in Thousand Palms. They made a transitional move so easy.

1 day late and they wouldnt allow me to pay unless i paid $175 on top of it. They raised my rent after being there literally 4 months. This place is not about helping people, all they want is to take advantage of people having hard times. They dont even try to work with you they immediately take your storage. Obviously if someone is struggling to pay and is already paying a late fee you dont make it where you wont except payment unless they pay an additional 175 on top thats just ridiculous. They make it impossible for you so that they can keep your belonging. Straight crooks. Horrible people. Never in my life have i dealt with a business thats so unprofessional, uncaring, and designed to totally screw people. Im not the only 1 this has happened to. Next time im reading reviews before i trust another business like this one.

The staff are both professional and friendly, and offer good suggestions. They should be rewarded for the efforts. The lift/elevator to the second floor is very slow; avoid using the 2nd floor if you can.

Place is fine. Price changed from the conversation.

Nice people....the corporate dictate is a little overboard about the virus thing. But fear does that to places that fear law-suits.

The manager that helped me was polite, fast, and knowledgeable about her units. She showed me everything I needed to know and offered more help than expected with boxes and tape and more supplies to help with my moving experience. She gave me options with the unit and payment methods and it was the best experience Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve ever had at a storage unit!

With my 93 year old mother moving to the desert from Newport, we needed just a small unit at a fair price. There was no need for AC or frills, simply wanted a good deal. Half off the first month and the monthly rate were all we needed! Upon arrival, I was well taken care of even though there were obvious items in need of attention.

Nothing special.went through all of this wheeling and dealing stuff through apps and websites to get a good deal and I ended up paying more than what I budgeted.

I'm talking about the website and the online info. A storage space is 3 dimensional. Why do they all insist on giving only 2 measurements? Is it because all ceiling heights are the same? HA! Tell me another joke. Come on guys get with it — it's all in the details! Give us that 3rd dimension that tells me how high I can stack stuff. It's not rocket science.

I moved in yesterday in an emergency situation and the staff member was very nice and accommodation. My only wish I'd that the units had air conditioning, but otherwise I am very pleased.

We really appreciated the service we received. We let her know we were on limited time and she was able to get us in and situated quickly, allowing us to make our other apptointments.

It's an older self Storage Facility., But good for the price. You get what you pay for.

I will highly recommend this facility to my friends and neighbors.

I had to wait 20 to 30 minutes, in the heat with my daughter and boyfriend. When the lady showed up she was completely rude to the point where I was prepared to walk out, had it not been for my family.

T the storage units were sold and run down but the price was great and that's why I went to Devon Self Storage I will recommend it to others for the price but the maintenance needs to be upgraded no security at all and no one there but I thank you for this opportunity I give my opinion on the matter good luck with in the future take care.

Very good- the front dest staff is very friendly and informative. I have a climate controlled unit which is spacious but very dirty - this time of year the winds are blowing and the dirt and dust in side the building is very high. But, the A/C is working fine and that is why I am here.

Price is right but it's very dirty and dark

Not much to say other than they're friendly, relatively inexpensive and clean.
