He took extra time to solve issues. Hes professional and knows this job inside and out and gets the job done in a timely manor. He's #1 in my book!

Took time to show the locker and show me the proper way to lock up the storage locker the offer me a cart to use the cut down my steps away and as the cook goes out, bring some water cause it’s a hot day

Move in was easy, very nice front desk attendent and acutally personnally walked me out to my spot. Great experience so far.

the place to put the lock was broken so i couldn't use the the lock i brought

The manager was not on-site when I arrived to move in and since the lock I had purchased was not yet on the locker, I had to wait. The manager was not reachable by the customer service line, so I did not know how long I would have to wait (the manager ended up coming back 20 minutes after the sign indicated). The other problem is that I was assured by the customer service in advance that someone would be in the office all day, which was obviously false

I needed a place to put things I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t want to part with right now, so I came across this place and the price was right and the location is great. And they have good hours, plus the size I was looking for.. all that said itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a great place to store stuff you think you might need :)
