Good price, convenient drop off, great customer service on the phone. My only qualm is closing at 9pm, my previous public storage was 24 hour access. I missed 9pm by 15 mins one night which was frustrating

Price isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t terrible, security seemed lackluster no cameras, Customer service was solid. Doors in the storage units are very cheap hollow core and would be easy to break into

Customer service is great, didn't get to experience actually using the unit since I cancelled (which process went smoothly) but it's been over a week since I've cancelled and have yet to receive my refund or else I'd rate 5/5 stars.

I was beyond stressed when I found the offer of $1 plus fees moves you in. I hurry up and made the reservation online where I also did all the necessary paperwork to save time. It was after 6 and forgetting the address the 4th storage I went to. He was closing but took his own time to help me out. I was sooo thankful he was so polite I felt like crying. Thank you.
