Perfect move in experience was wonderful staff is nice

Bathroom access on the 2nd floor would be a plus as well as gate access until 10 PM not 9 PM. I measured my unit which was about 6 inches short, which can make a big difference when renting a space. having a few more carts available would be excellent, but overall, Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve had a good experience.

I loved how simple and easy it was to make reservations, show up, and move in. Although I love interacting with people, and the customer service was excellent, it was minimal because everything was straightforward. Clean, neat, and organized.

Great pricing and super quick and easy reservation and move in process. This is my first time renting a storage unit so I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was for the whole process.

Overall pretty good. They do need more carts for such big storage unit. But over all quick getting a unit. Secured, and clean.

Except to easily complete my reservation and payment online this staff has been great!!

This storage is close to home and is climate controlled which is a plus. Only complaint is that there are no carts to move heavy boxes with. They started locking them and since then haven't been able to use one. My prices went up though. otherwise the facility is nice.

Your phone operator was fabulous however the young lady at the facility was not friendly, had zero personality not a good customer service person.

Pretty decent experience. I got a special offer the first month, which made the overall cost balance out. Otherwise, it is a bit pricey but high quality. Careful with the lock - they told me it's an extra $20 whilst ripping it open, without informing me in advance, so I could use one of my own locks. That was pretty questionable.

Gio and Anthony have great customer service skills ... they are super helpful and knowledgeable...

Anthony assisted me on the day of my move in. He was expecting me and I was greeted with a smile. Very helpful.

After researching various storage locations near my home, I found an online promotion for this facility. Unfortunately, the staff had made an error on the confirmation from their office giving me a smaller unit. When I pointed out the error the manager changed it and proceeded to charge me a higher price. The promotional price of $1.00 first month rent was taken away for this unit (bottom floor) I spoke to two managers, they claimed not to have access to the online promotions and could not give me the online promotion price. One of them suggested I go back online and find another promotion! The problem was not resolved. I cancelled my reservation.

Great experience. Quick and simple to sign-up. Staff was helpful and friendly. Lots of carts available and very clean inside. My only recommendation is more signage to direct to the unit, as it can feel quite maze like inside.
