From the moment I got there, the management was very helpful in figuring out what needed to be done and showed me to my unit straight away. Sign up was quick and easy and I couldn't be happier.

The whole process was simple and easy. The app is user friendly, easy to navigate. Ben from the Cube was on the phone contacting me within minutes of filling out the application. Cube had the best prices by far. Some competitors were almost double for the same size unit.

I would like to see the top interior of the locker next to the ceiling be more secure. The gaps in that part of the locker make me a bit nervous, but the locker itself looks secure and safe and that gives a person reassurance that your belongings are safe.

Ben at cubesmart in Citrus Heights was patient when I showed up right before closing time on a Friday. I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t like the one time fee when signing up, but besides that, I like having my stuff here.

After packing a 15 foot U-Haul truck, I realize that the storage locker I reserved, a 5 x 10, was going to be too small. I called the store manager and requested an upgrade to a 10 x 10 outside and they accommodated me. I am so grateful for all their help! The one thing that has not yet been resolved is my code did not work upon exit. Thankfully, there was another renter who was leaving at the same time and allowed us to use her code to get out. I will be going by today to get the code fixed.

It was fast and easy to book a unit here. The manager that helped me was extremely nice and efficient. So far I have had a good experience here.

I went to Cube Smart after going to a storage unit facility closer to my home. The initial facility I went to had horrible customer service so I decided to pursue another facility despite the convenience that having a place closer to home would have provided. The attendants at Cube Smart were exceptional, friendly, and double checked to identify an available unit after their initial check did not identify a unit in the size that I was looking for. The second search identified a unit for me. Their customer service made a world of a difference.

I love the gate access hours 6am till 10pm. The staff is helpful and very friendly. Great low monthly rates. Thank you.

Convenient location. Pricing was competitive. Friendly and efficient customer service. Beware if you go to use your storage in the evening, do not stay past 10 pm.. you will get locked in!

Made my reservation on Friday for a move-in on Saturday. Got to the property at 4:30pm and was done with paperwork and moving in within 30 minutes and that was with waiting for the older gentleman in front of me to finish up. Quick and efficient.

We are very happy with the service from start to finish​. We reserved our unit at 4:00AM online (by the self serve website). We moved our stuff in the same day. Pass code is very easy to remember. Hours are convenient.
