I came into the San Juan location and rented a unit about a week ago. I had the pleasure of speaking to Shonda she was very upbeat very professional and the property was very clean. I've rented from alot storage places. But this by far was great experience. The property manager (Shanda) was very informative and knowledgeable about what i needed for my situation.

Move in and move out were quick and easy. Ben was very helpful too. All went smoothly and I appreciated that they let me move out without any prior notice given to them.

The experience has been a good one so far, (less than a week). The managers I dealt with were very thorough and professional. Everything at the site has worked smoothly. I don't particularly care for getting emails almost everyday asking me to review my experience though, (this is the 3rd one so far!).
