I like the indoor, secure unit that I have rented. I appreciate that it was clean when I began moving things in. I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism of Raenell. She made the registration process pleasant and quick.

We found this facility to be very clean. Most units are indoors - we brought brooms on move in day but it was so clean, we didn't need to do anything. The manager is onsite - she is amazing. She even called us when our door wasn't locked properly. Highly recommend this property

The manager was outstanding. Unit was clean and ready to go when we rented it. Everything including all the rental documents were explained leaving me no questions to ask.

Raynell is an 11 out of 10, always able and willing to help in any way. She is friendly while remaining professional. The is the 2nd time I have rented at this location and I came back because of her. This place is clean, well-lighted and feels safe. I would recommend this location always.

Easy process if you do online pre-registration. Everything went smoothly.

Ranell is excellent. She helped us check in with ease. We needed short term storage to stage our home. Public Storage matched our needs nicely. We are now clearing the house out and need a much larger space.

Only problem I had was quoted one price and that changed because I have 2 other units at another facility. In actuality, I should be given a better discount from public storage because I have 3 units. I'm sure Sentry would work with me on that. Can you?

I am so sad that I had to put in notice cause I won't be able to as Raenell!!! The sweetest storage lady ever! Always a pleasure to see her. She remembered my name which is always nice. Most friendly reminder calls! And answered all and every question I ever had! The only reason I have 4 stars is because this location is a little bit more expensive. All the other staff is great as well! I don't mind paying more for spectacular service!! Thanks raenell!

I have used this same Public Storage facility for short term storage for years. Always great help from the on-site manager. Easy to get to from our house. Would recommend to anyone.
