Public Storage - Citrus Heights - 6380 Tupelo Drive

Never had to go into the office for anything. I registered online. Picked out the size confirmed everything. Then i usec my card snd paid online. 30 min later my storage unit was ready. They emailed me the gate code snd unit number snd said my lock would be inside the unit waiting for me. Wsd fast and easy.

The paperwork and sign up with super quick online and you can open the gates and doors with your phone through the app so you donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even put the code in. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s super awesome great job guys and a dollar for the first month canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t beat thatﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ..

Only 1cart to use and had to wait for it.They need more rolling carts or dollies.Had to make an extra trip home to get ours.not convenient.

People working here are very helpful and nice. Good prices and no surprises. My go to place for storage now.

We feel good about our Public Storage experience. We came in and the young lady who helped us was very friendly, she answered all of our questions with great information and got us settled easily. We are moving to Citrus Heights and the local Public Storage on Tupelo is very close to our new place. Great Experience !!

The Manager Alyssa was super nice and displayed excellent customer service! She was very professional and the property was very neat clean and organized. This is by far the best Public Storage I've dealt with compared to the ones in the bay area!

So I haven't had to have a storage for a very long time and I was a little hesitant on pulling the trigger for a unit. Plus I wasn't a 100% sure what size I was going to need but the property manager Allysa was extremely helpful in talking me through the decision process. She was a great help and is a great asset to that public storage location. Many thanks in easing the process to make this ordeal painless as possible.

Abraham was the most helpful and compassionate employee you have! He's friendly , informative and knows his job very well. He helped me get into my storage when lock was jammed! In spending alot of time here lately, I've seen his interaction with other customers also and have noticed he treats everyone with the utmost respect! Great employee and person! You should be so proud to have such an exemplary employee. Give that man a raise!

I came in to ask about prices on a unit. I was greeted by Alyssa. She asked me a couple questions and was very efficient. She said it was her first day and i was just amazed how great she was. I ended up buying a storage pak and dish dividers . Thank you Alyssa for your great customer service. You did amazing your first day!

Even with a boot on her foot she had a smile on her face and did everything she could to make me feel welcomed.

I have had other storages in my life time but Public Storage is the BEST all around!

Collin was awesome and gave me awesome storage tips.

Very easy to sign up and manager was very accomodating. The added fees at sign up added $50 to my sign up OVER the quoted price I received on the phone, so I can only give 4/5 stars. (A lock is $20?! Come on...) But overall a good experience so far!

The staff Dave, was the best, he was concerned about the type of storage space that I needed. He showed me the unit. This facility is clean and secure. Also restrooms are available and clean. In my opinion this is the best after shopping around at other storage places, with rude help, and sketchy locations. I found the perfect storage unit to secure my belongings .

David was very nice and able to handle my storage needs with no problem. He was helpful and courteous. Everything went smoothly.

I researched all the facilities in my general area before choosing this one. Many storage facilities had horrible reviews. Many had mixed reviews. This facility on Tupelo had only rave reviews. Some were regarding the site. Most were rave reviews about the EXCELLANT service provided by the site manager Dave. They were absolutely spot on. Dave was great. He's friendly, polite and professional at all times. He was very helpful in choosing space and every step of the way since. Can't go wrong here. The only suggestion I would offer to improve the convenience is to have the exit gate usable.
