After reserving on line because of their special i was told it didnt include their facility. That my reservation should say only select places. Which i showed them it didnt. But i showed them where it said 50% off the first 2 months.i was told there was nothing they could do and since my moving truck was full at the gate they didnt have time for me to find somewhere else. So i ended up paying alot more instead as i could have taken other specials available

Unit I reserved through online was not available. I had to get a larger unit. The team worked with me to find all possible discounts and savings to get the rate down as much as possible. They are very friendly people.
In Hot Water
We have rented here for a couple of years and have always enjoyed the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff -- particulary Mary! She always has a smile and a great attiitude.
