Public Storage - Concord - 1870 Arnold Industrial Place

This is the first time that I rented a storege space and theperson at the desk was very helpful and it made the experience easy.

Dealing with the manager, (Ayesha, I think). Made our experience effortless. This movement of goods to a storage facility, was under stressful, heartbreaking circumstances.She guided me and gave advice where I needed, even made calls to corporate offices to insure and double check my rights, rights. Service one should be getting at the highest levels but here, in concord, is where i found that service. At a time when i truly needed help from a higher power, this lovely, well versed and educated person named Ayesha appeared. Thank you for having Ayesha in your employ. Please review her salary because she deserves more.

It does what it needs to do and the property is well maintained.

At first, I was frustrated that manager had rented out the space I'd reserved online to another customer, not knowing I had tried to come by earlier and even left phone message about it. I complained I did not know about any first come, first served advisory mentioned online or elsewhere (this was the 2nd time this happened to me trying to reserve spaces online!). We talked it out and she said she would hold the next available space at the same price I wanted. Within a few days, she called and I got the space and price I wanted and now I'm happy!

Came in later than I said but she still got me into my unit. She really cared and was really nice

The whole process is seamless while the front desk is knowledgeable and friendly

I was very impressed with the man who ran the facility he was worth waiting for her because he was helping another guest at the time that I got there but it was it was worth the wait

Very easy move in and clean and convenient location for myself and others since right off the freeway

Super easy check in online. No issues, gate check in was flawless, easy walk back to my unit with dollies provided. Highly recommend.

CS rep was wonderful and able to lock in a good price on my storage unit when I called. I went to the facility thereafter , Emily , the Manager was very welcoming and very nice. We told the paperwork and got the right storage for me that same day. Awesome work to your employees.

Emily, the site manager as amazing. Keeps the area spotless, takes the time to know the clients, & always makes herself available to help. She's a true asset.

Deena is awesome. She helped me move to a bigger unit for less money then I was paying for the smaller one. Very happy!!!

i've rented storage units in the past but none of them made me feel as comfortable & respected as Dena has. she had all the answers & made renting a breeze. the unit is clean & secure. i wish it was cheaper but nothing's cheap in the bay area. it's blocks away from the concord flea market so for me it's perfect.

I was so unhappy with the storage place I was renting from & decided to move my things out. Found this place & Deena is AMAZING! Just her attitude alone made me want to rent from here! She really knows her stuff & you can tell she takes pride in her work. It shows too!

We needed a storage unit quick. This PS site had the hours we liked and a unit big enough. The Property Manager, Deena, was great. She was friendly, helpful and quick.The site is clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend it.

We are storing our personal items @ a Public Storage in Concord, CA. It has been a great experience from the start. The mgr there is pleasant and personable and has made our reservation easy peazy.

We general deal with the Public Storage close to our home. It did not have a unit the size we needed, so the manager called around to Public Storages around us and found one not to far from our home. The price was even better, it's a little out of the way, the manager was great to deal with and the unit was on the ground floor and clean. We are very happy with our rental.
