I am wondering WHY the price is going up to much!!!

the space is too tight and cannot get in and out of van doors, only the back door.

Everything wen off smoothly and the woman at the desk was extremely helpful

I paid for a special lock, from them, at move-in, and my unit was still burglarized. Every single item of mine, except for my kayak, was stolen. They did not offer any method of reimbursement and were unable to provide any information which would lead to apprehension of the thieves. Basically, they threw up their hands and let me twist in the wind.

The manager went above and beyond what was expected because the unit I reserved was not available. I was given a larger unit at the same price. This was unexpected and greatly appreciated.

The entire rental process for my unit was probably the easiest and most seamless process I have ever partaken in. It was so simple and informative that I virtually had no questions when it came down to signing the paperwork. Made the reservation online, went into the office and picked up my keys all in the same day. Not one bad thing to say about my entire experience.
