I've had a good experience so far with Public Storage. SUZANNE was very understanding and accommodating while we dealt with a difficult moving company that kept changing our delivery dates. The grounds were clean and it is gated. This is our second time using Public Storage.

Great website, friendly office staff very efficient, good location , big variety of storage sizes, And process once I decided which way to go was not at all stressfull. Price was great compared to three other companies I contacted.

We don't always like what we want... security. We want a safe and secure place to keep our belongings. Sometimes these extra security measures can mean slight inconveniences for customers. I am not happy when I need to go to my storage unit and notice the time is past closing. By securing the gates at a reasonable hour Public Storage ensures our personal safety as well as the safe keeping of our belongings. I feel 100% safe here and know its for my own good. If customers had 24 hour access or late evening access we would be here at all hours potentially putting our own safety at risk. The staff is super friendly. (and strict as well)
