We had two storage units while we redecorated and staged our house to sell over 5 months. The customer service was excellent; professional, and courteous. Their moving supplies were handy and good quality, and accepted returns for unused items. The staff even made suggestions on how to reduce costs for storage and supplies. I recommend the Public Storage at 901 Arnold to everyone. They made our whole moving process easier. Thank you.

Never rented a storage space before...contacted a few other establishments and was disappointed. Even had a reservation at ABBA storage, but the day I went to move in learned they had rented the same unit to someone else. I contacted Public Storage near my home, spoke to Hank, a very friendly man who quoted me a fair price. Met him and was pleased with the clean and convenient unit that was available. Hank walked me through the paperwork and I locked in the rental. All the personnel I have worked with there are helpful and friendly, and I am totally satisfied with my unit
