StorageMart - Clayton Rd

I rented a storage on April 30 of 2024. It was paid for until the end of May/the beginning of June paying for the full month and insurance in case any of my stuff happen to be stolen. I ended up being incarcerated May 2. A couple weeks later my grandfather went to go empty out my storage. He was gonna be back the following day because I granted permission to have the lock broken and replaced and I was told that when he went back, someone broke into the storage along with the storage next to mine. The owner blamed my grandfather and myself for breaking into the storage, when it was someone else who did it that was caught on camera! The owner refused to use the insurance to replace any of my belongings and banned my grandfather and myself from the property and also threatened to call the police if we ever tried to come back. Donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t ever rent here. They will just scam you out of your money and your belongings.

So far the check in process and whole experience has been great. Tom specifically, has been very helpful and friendly and has made things very easy for me along the way. The place is clean and I am happy with the placement of the units I reserved.

I rented a storage unit at this location before the ownership change and have to say I was very impressed with all of the updates. The office is modern, the facility is extremely clean, and gated. The manager helped me over the phone before I arrived and made sure I got the best rate available when I came to complete the rental in-person. Renting a unit here was completely seamless and fast! Highly recommend!

Not all StorageMarts are built and managed the same. This one was by far much newer, smelled nicer, and was better kept than the one I saw in Oakland.

The storage facility was easy to find and easy to use. My unit is on the 2nd floor but they have an elevator and dolly's to make it convenient to move in.

When I first got there I noticed closed sign will be back at 4pm this was at 3:40 Immediately the staff opened the doors and helped me The staff was very funny and friendly and very helpful I really took to how they were nice to my kids and joking w them Thank you for a pleasant experience

Prices a little higher than others but newer facility

Was greeted and shown the property by a friendly front desk representative. Originally reserved an upstairs unit, but since we had a large truck, they even offered several other units that may be easier to access. Worked out great!

I was given excellent service. Given a tour and when I began loading my stuff from my car to my locker was escorted back to assure that I could remember where I was going as I have a habit of getting lost easily! There were some items that I could not handle alone and was given assistance by maintenance. I came home and told my room mate that I was just treated like ROYALTY! Much gratitude and thanks to JP and Tim!

Service was good quick and went out of the way to accommodate me. office was very friendly.

I just got my unit last Sunday 03/03/2014 and my unit got broke in Wednesday 03/06/2014.
