very nice, clean and very friendly staff

On my first day I got locked inside the because the gate open it wouldn't work.

I went into the storage place and it was very clean, the customer service was excellent, they give you a tour, they're very nice to you, and very knowledgeable!

The hours are terrible very inconvieniant. Should get a price break!!!

The ladies were really nice and very helpful. The place was clean ana smelled great. The location is beautiful. If you can take a drive here youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll see what I mean. Thank you ladies for making this trip easy and helpful. ﾃｰﾅｸﾂ･ﾂｰ

I reserved a unit at this location, because so many other storage companies were booked or the prices were out of my budget. However, I am not the happiest about the distance from the parking lot to my unit, one of the main gates is broken, so everyone has to use the same gate and it is not convenient (I've had to get out of my car, enter the code, get back in my car and drive to a certain spot behind an orange code to make sure the gate doesn't hit my car. Also, I didn't like the sales pitch/gimmick being demonstrated at my expense. One of the representatives was showing a new trainee how to "sale" moving boxes and tape and used me as the example (not okay). If someone is desperate to move, then this place is ok. But it would not be my first recommendation.

So far i have had no issues. Carts were available, place is clean. Also they play good music thru out the facility.

The facility is very clean and the front staff was friendly. A person who currently has a cube there said that they raise the price very often by a lot. So that has made us a little concerned going forward.

This storage place is free of clutter, no garbage cans in sight that way, no one would leave their trash behind. The staff were very helpful and patient. And it's closer than I thought it would be from my home.

Cube smart is the closest storage to my house. They had the cheapest prices. Facility is definitely clean. Staff was friendly and clear about charges

Everything was grea except the security you have everything is so secure except the elevators they should passcode protected like other places

The place is clean and secure. It has good lighting and friendly staff. I like that I have access until 10pm but I don't like that I could get stuck inside if I lose track of time and not leave before 10pm. The hours to their store front varies based on the day and the only bathroom on site is located inside. It would be nice to have access to a bathroom after the store front closes. The nearest fastfood/gas station is a mile away. Also a few trash cans to throw small things away would be nice. Just fyi, there is a natural gas and sewage smell that comes from the surrounding area. You only smell it outside when the wind brings it by.

I enjoy the experience. Sale representative are welcoming and open to showing the unit without negitivity. The view is beautiful and pricing is reasonable.

Prices great and facility was very clean

Value/cost vs amenities is excellent! Climate control, several carts available, security cameras, two elevators. I've used public storage off and on over the last 30 years this is the best value and place I've ever used.
