Price Self Storage in Norco features all drive-up units for ultimate easy access. We offer a large variety of unit sizes and RV, boat, and parking spaces with extra wide driveways and turnarounds. Open 7 days a week, this clean, well-lit facility features unit sizes from 5x5 to 20x30, with state-of-the-art security including personal computerized gate access and video cameras in key areas.. We offer month-to-month leases, competitive rates and no deposit required. We provide courtesy carts to make your move easier, and our professional resident managers are available to assist you. Weve got personal and business storage solutions to fit any need or budget. Storage Made Simple Gate Access Hours: 7AM to 7PM. We sell boxes and moving supplies. *First Month's Rent Free applies to base rent only. Fees, including a one-time administrative fee (29) and a monthly recurring Protection Plan payment (16) due upon move-in. Occupants are automatically enrolled in the Protection Plan but may opt-out of participation and obtain a refund of the Protection Plan payment by completing a form and providing proof of insurance within 30 days of signing the Self-Storage Agreement (as more particularly set forth therein). Any invitation or offer providing rental discounts, move-in specials, promotions or guarantees, is subject to the following: Limited to designated units at designated facilities. No substitutions are permitted. Offers subject to availability of spaces and only available to new customers signing and entering into the Price Self Storage agreement. Offers not available to existing occupants requesting to relocate within the facility. Offers only available once per unit, per occupant. Offers apply to base monthly storage fees only. Promotions are available for a limited time and subject to availability. Offers exclude any applicable costs of merchandise, additional services, administrative fees, taxes, Protection Plan payments, and incidental costs of labor, transportation, or similar costs. Please contact the manager for details. To the extent the terms of the Price Self Storage agreements conflict with these terms, the Price Self Storage agreements shall prevail. This is my first ever experience renting a storage unit. It was a last minute reservation I did en-route back to the OC from Perris. I was going to store some of the items at a local warehouse belonging to a friend in Irvine, I knew though that the entire contents of the 6x12 cargo trailer would not fit in the space I was allocated and decided to temporarily store them in the IE as storage rates are a fraction of what they are in The OC, insane actually. Leah was very professional, very pleasant and very helpful through the entire rainy day process. I highly recommend Leah and staff at Life Storage.

2 weeks ago, I realized I needed a 10' x 20' storage unit to store a bunch of misc. stuff. The location was great, but I found a better deal a few miles further. They were able to match that price immediately with no haggling. 10 minutes later, the contract was signed and had the lock and keys in hand. Plus, there was no first and last or no gimmicks. Chris from the Norco location was extremely helpful in opening the side fire gate so I could bring my 35' trailer in there to unload with ease!

This is the nicest storage place I have ever used. It's clean, staff is extremely friendly and helpful, their security system is awesome, and their pricing was the lowest. Really though, if the cost was higher, I honestly think I'd still use them (even w/ the budget I'm on) because I've never had such a good experience with a storage facility before! Researched and registered online. Got followup phone call within 5 minutes! Very easy move in. Professional staff willing to answer any questions you might have. Love that the units all have outside access (my other two are inside and a bit of a pain). Had minor issue with door operation which was quickly resolved. Not on a busy street!! :) Was able to check it out online and get move in special which helped make my choice. I believe I made the right one!
