Pretty much standard what you would expect from a storage facility

Wonderful customer service..very helpful...went the extra mile to help us out..finding our perfect size unit. We really appreciate it. Its rare that u get a such great service. There 2 people who help me..one was over the phone .and the other when i went into the office..location was in norco ca. Me an my bf greatly appreciate it???

The woman who helped me was very nice and ensured that my needs were met and gave me options. She was kind and very helpful.

Customer service is excellent. The girl working there took that extra step and brought the boxes that I bought to my car for me. The place is very clean. I highly recommend Public Storage.

Daisy was very friendly and helpful in get a storage unit that met my needs.

I found a really good deal online for a unit. I went to the facility and finish the paperwork for the unit. Daisy was very helpful, she finished out the paperwork for me and made sure the unit fit my storage needs. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

2/7/2017 Between Martika's help over the phone and Daisy's assistance this past weekend getting my storage unit dialed in, I can't say enough about how awesome these two ladies are. Extremely professional, incredibly helpful and just overall pleasant to work with. Moving is never fun and having this part of the experience go as smoothly as it did, made the process so much easier. Thanks so much! You gals are awesome. :)

Martika made my first time experience at Public Storage a positive one. Making sure I understood all the paperwork and pricing. She also helped me with my packing supply materials. I'm happy that I chose Public Storage.

I have to say from the start to finish it was a great experience with everyone involved.

I came to this location from the Corona because the Public Storage customer service clerk was extremely rude. I am happy to say I have met 3 of your employees at this location (Norco) and can tell you they were nice and professional. I am glad I counted on Public Storage to be a good company and chose to believe that was not a company standard. I was a customer about 20 years ago, so I had prior knowledge on what to expect.

Honestly the only thing I can comment is the Public Storage it's close to the new location I am residing, it is convenience at the moment.
