Great experience with the staff. She was very helpful and friendly. Storage unit was nice and lift was convenient.

The process of obtaining a storage unit was easy and pleasant.

Customer service started out great and was fairly easy. Access to facility was as stated. Lift worked great. One of the easiest move ins yet. Best prices in town and cleanliness was definitely noticed.

I rented a 5 x10 but the unit measured at 4'9" x 9'6" so it is smaller than I can fit the items I realy needed the space for.

Yes I would I would recommend storage facility to friends and family. Everyone cares if your experience is good.

Overall very happy with the unit. I reserved the 14x14 which is triangle shape and opted out and went with a 10X20 instead. Manager was beyond helpful. Even during the construction going on i still chose to use this facility. Pricing was fair and competitive.

Found This storage unit through square foot on an internet search. Very glad I did.

Affordable price and customer service was exceptional! Very friendly from confirming my reservation on the phone and moving in was such a breeze. The only issue I ran into was the code given to enter/exit the gate was not working, but again, she was very helpful in getting that fixed quickly. I think it was Tera that helped me out that day, I wish I remembered her name! Anyway, great service, I'm glad to be using this facility.

They have the lowest prices around.

When I called to check price & make reservation girl on phone reassured me it was $1 to move in! No lease, etc. some people take advantage of it pay $1 when the month is up leave. (Although I plan on leaving my stuff for awhile). When I got there person on phone had no idea where office was in vicinity to gate where you come in. Finally she said she’d call back. My friend finally waited for gate to open & it was 2 steps to the left. Time to pay ..administrative fee, insurance fee, leaving paying nowhere close to $1! I feel I was totally douped just to get me there! If I didn’t already have all my stuff & person to help me (cause I’m handicap..& it was on 2nd floor) I would of left. I drove out of my way from Riverside for what I thought was this ‘good deal.’ I could of got ripped off right around the corner

When I arrived, the manager told me that the first floor unit that I had confirmed was not available. That was the entire reason I rented this unit, was because it was on the first floor! I have a bad back and could not add the physical stress of moving my boxes upstairs. This is typical “bait and switch” sales. I am sure that there never was a ground floor unit available but what are you going to do when you have a truck full of stuff and a friend who has gone out of their way to help you? I had no choice but to take the unit. Also, the manager told me I was required to add $15 per month insurance, which there was NO mention of in my reservation! Another surprise! Last but not least, the salesperson making my reservation told me a 5x5 would only hold 11 plastic bins. I had a few more than that so reserved a 5x10 which I found was FAR too large. More deceitful sales techniques! Very disappointed!

I was fifteen minutes from their closing time but they took the time to show me the unit and all was done in no time at all. Didn't try to up sale me anything.

The move in took maybe 10 minutes altogether. Very friendly clerk. Although storage is a bit out of the way from our house, the price is worth the drive and we only need to get our christmas decoration once a year... Already recommended to other people.

Although this storage facility is not as "nice" as the one we used before, the price of our 5x5 storage is very good and the consultant who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. we can only recommend this facility and in fact already did.

I had problems with the lift malfunctioning and having to struggle to get the lift to rise and open.

I can't say enough about how great the customer service is. I was running late on move in day and they really made what could have been a bad situation work out great! Facility is clean and secure, no regrets at all.

After doing around to several storage units in the area I came across storage direct. The price was outstandingly so I figured there must be a catch or the facility would be run down. To my pleasant surprise the facility was in great condition, the price was true to advertisement, and Danny in the front office was nothing but helpful and a measure to work with. Very pleased with my experience.

We were attended by Danny who took the time to show us around, explain all the rules and regulations, was very helpful, cheery, patient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this location to all my friends and family.

My experience was outstanding. Customer service was excellent helpful and patient with me when I had to decide if I needed a larger unit.

I was able to move in immediately, the paperwork was fast and easy. The staff was professional and friendly.

They lied about the cost on the phone then tried to blame someone else. Then they tried more than once to make excuses why they could not give receipts - both when we signed up and when we checked out and this was two different people. There was a code to get in the gate, but no barbed wire on top of the gate. Anyone could have climbed over. The facility and grounds were clean except in the unit there was dirt in the sides and corners along the wall. We felt threatened by the papers we had to sign about damages and abandoning, etc... This is normal for rental storage facilities, but they made us feel like we were already guilty of it. I almost took my husband and left before signing. Luckily nothing bad happened and we are finished using the storage.
