We were in need of a storage unit right away. Spoke with Tammy and she was awesome. We got the right size unit and at a competive rate. The location of the storage is in a great location, it's a small place and easy in and out. The grounds and the buildings are always super clean and the building is temp controlled and well lite up. This is one of the nicest and secure storage companies I have ever used.

Very efficient office staff, friendly, easy to work with, and very on top of things. The facility was clean and we'll maintained. Directions to my unit were easy to follow, and access was very easy.

I picked a unit that was on the 3rd floor so that the price was a little less than the others of the same size. Slowly but surely they have continued to raise the price. It went from $150 to $175. I just received a notice only a couple months after the last increase to now $185. This is ridiculous and there is nothing so special about this facility to make me want to stay. That is it! I am now looking for a new suitable place to move my belongings.

The pricing was a little high, but the facility is very clean and the workers make your move in very easy and enjoyable. They have plenty of equipment to use to help you move in as well.

I shopped around for a storage unit and this was the best in the area I needed it. Then when I found out that they offer a one time use for a truck to pick up what I needed to store, I was sold. I was even impressed with how clean the entire inside and outside of the business was, especially the storage units themselves.

moved here to california...and this is by far the cheapest place for the size unit i needed...god knows EVERYTHING IN THIS STATE IS OVER PRICED...so this was a good find..

I've rented a couple of storage units before this one and I was highly impressed. The customer service was excellent; she went out of her way to get me the best deal possible. The unit and lot is clean as is the customer restroom. I only wish they offered a deal on the first month. Overall, highly recommend.

I found it organized and easy access to entry and exit with my vehicle. employees helpful and knowledgeable.

I received multiple phone calls from price self storage after I made a reservation for a unit. One lady on the phone made it seem like it was very easy to rent a moving truck as long as I came in the facility in the morning to reserve one. So I went to the santee facility around 9-9:30 but apparently by that time all the trucks were rented until later that afternoon. I later found out I could have easily reserved a truck over the phone but both people never gave me that option. Me and my roommates had to move our schedule around and reserve a truck for the following day which was very inconvenient. We were very displeased over all with our experience.

I was so impressed with Claudia who helped me when I arrived. She was alone that day except for maintenance, and was doing everything on her own. Even though there were two people ahead of me when I arrived, she was very efficient and I didn't have to wait long. When Claudia helped me find my storage unit, she didn't rush me at all, even though I knew she had a lot going on. Honestly, Claudia is the reason I made my choice between three places I looked at that day. She is genuine, friendly, helpful and has a great smile. :) I also was impressed by the cleanliness of Price Self Storage in Santee. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend!
