Cyndy was very helpful. But I am getting tired of getting phone calls telling me that I didn't fill out this or that or that the code to get in the gate given to me may not work so use a different one if it doesnt work. Hello. Your rating is going to decline in my view.

The only reason it's not a 5 star is becuase I'm lazy and hate getting out of my car to enter the code to open the gate and it kind of smell like cat pee in my storage unit, it was faint but still present.

There was more paperwork to renting storage unit then to rent my apartment. That aside, I am very happy with Public Storage and would use them again.
