The staff was very helpful and friendly.

This is the easiest storage unit to access, no locks required, no passcodes to get in the gate. I needed a drive up unit due to wearing a brace. Madeline and Gary were very welcoming to me and I felt very safe and assured if I have any questions to please call them right away.

Found what I needed and explained to how everything would work and I felt comfortable that everything would go right

The phone registration was a breeze and the operator was very courteous and helpful. Easy electronic access to the site and storage areas. Drive up to your door. all in all, a good experience so far.

The manager helped me after hours because I was late showing up. Very helpful and accommodating.

The man in the office is really helpful and quick. I rented my unit in under 10minutes..

Fantastic customer service from Paul. He initially had selected a 5x8 unit that, although roomy enough on the inside, would not accommodate storing my washer/dryer. The doorway was about 5 inches too small! I went to measure various items and when I returned he had switched units around with other tenants . Some moving out, some wanting a smaller/larger unit. All in the short time I had been gone. He made everything so easy! Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable of every unit. I highly recommend this facility.

After my pops passed away I needed to move some of his personal effects into storage till my siblings could make the trip out. Paul the manager was very helpful and considerate to what my needs were.

They were very helpful and friendly and went over everything in the rental contract with me. I like that my storage unit has a light in it.Many of the units I've rented in the past from other storage facilities didn't have any light inside of individual units. To me the light is convenient and necessary. Also the gate hours are much better than most other facilities. The U-Haul truck rentals available on site is another added bonus. One other thing that I am pleased about is the late fee of $10.00 is lower than most other places and there's not a bunch of other unnecessary fees tacked on when a payment is late, like at some other places. Those unnecessary fees can make a small slight financial set back turn into a financial nightmare. I found many advantages renting a storage unit at StaxUP Storage.
