StaxUP Storage - Lakeside

Only negative, and a safety issue, no lights outside in the back 3rd floor door.

I was unable to reach customer service for assistance when needed as I was moving in as there is no one actually in the office. Ultimately able to figure it out myself. It is a clean facility at a good price. I recommend using them.

My original unit was too small while I was unloading and I realized I needed a bigger space. Jennifer was very helpful

Manager was very accommodating, helpful, professional and made sure we knew what we were doing before we left. Facility is very clean and easy to access. Checked out a couple other places first and very glad we chose this one.

Would definitely recommend to a friend, In fact I have two units myself. Theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re also open till 10 PM which is later than any of the Other facilities I have used in the past so the hours are very convenient as well. Thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s really nothing even remotely negative I could find about this storage place. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s worth every penny and it has very competitive rates.

The customer service is excellent and there's an affordable truck available to use to move in. The facility has generous hours open to access your unit and the cleanliness is above acceptable. This is a new facility and I find it very secure. I am very pleased with my choice to use StaxUp in Lakeside for my storage needs.
