I really liked the service as soon as I walked into the office. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s my first time needing a storage unit and was skeptical or using one. After seeing how secure the location is I felt more comfortable renting one.

In extreme heat conditions this facility has not adapted practices to protect customers. Docusign or similar programs to conduct home closings suggest it is more than safe and much more professional. Also no lighting in indoor storage unit. Light from hall is sparse and light to my unit is blocked by vent system. Also the keypad on exot could be set with device to open automatically but instead it appears to be Macgyvered by a strap to a pole that has sustained damage to have it clean at a 70 degree angle instead of proper position it with sufficient clearance of pole from vehicles. Contracts are poorly written and actually do not reflect the intent of the contracting parties. Alternate address whited out (not approved by the signer) because it was an email address. Asking a customer moving to rely on delivery if any notice with their ability to provide a physical address appears to be a way to get around due diligence to reasonably inform customer.

Reserved a larger unit through the 800 number because no one would answer. Saturday the sign said open but was locked/closed. Sunday waited an hour or so. Manager finally answered, took 30 minutes to show up, told me the 800 number doesn't know what they are talking about, lied about being there Saturday as I watched him park his car as he drove in. Said the office isn't open but has nothing posted. 800 number confirmed hours whi h matched the hours on the door. Terrible management!

Filling out the paperwork at the storage facility was quick. The lady at the desk "Maria" was efficient and professional and answered all of my questions effectively. I only wish she could have taken a few minutes to walk me to my storage unit and show me the key pad. At least with other storage facilities they tend to do that, so your not wondering around trying to figure out where everything is at. The facility itself seemed clean and secure. I selected a unit with Climate Control, so I will see this summer how well it keeps things cool. But initial impression was good!

I was referred by a friend. The units don't seem the size of the measurements that are offered online. They seem smaller. Prices are a little in the higher side. However other than that, the customer service and help from the clerk made me want to stay!

Too expensive for very small 5" 5 storage

When my husband retired from the military, we decided to simply our life & downsize our living space. Interstate Mini Storage was our choice because of its convenient location, price, cleanliness, and most importantly, it's security system. I go to the unit when the season changes or to get holuday decor. I always feel safe there, even when my husband is not with me. I wish they offered military discounts but even without it...it's worth it!
