VERY CLEAN! UNIQUE SIZES! Pricing is misleading and so is location of unit. Elevator or Stair Acess leads you to believe unit is on 2nd or 3rd floor. When searching for a map online of the facility to see exactly what stair/elevator access meant. No Map. Booked anyway and turned out to be a 2nd floor. Which was fine but a bit to small next thing I know I'm getting a larger unit for the same $1.00 special but the 4the floor clear across the isle. Elevators are slow. Entry is ridiculous. A 9 digit code everytime to get to vehicle even though its a gated complex which was broke. Also said Grand Opening Special ($1 for the 1st month) Except it wasn't. It had been open almost a year (11month's) then the move in deal doesn't say anything about having to buy a lock. I had one so saving $22 bucks WRONG! it has to be a barrel lock again Not on Site. And the gals were super nice but very very unprofessional. Hours lame. Need a key for everything in a locked facility even the bathrooms that are locked inside the locked unit and 2min warning if using a cart is hardley time especially if in the elevator. Takes 2 minutes for it to go 2 floors.

Do not utilize this facility if you expect solid customer service. They raise the price on the units with no notice. The store manager refuses to respond to emails after several attempts over a 2 month period. I do not recommend this facility.

I rented a "five by five" storage space, but it actually measures just 3.5 x 5, a 30% reduction in the amount of space I thought I'd get. Next size up didn't have the $1 for first month offer, so I stuck with it, and it'll work out, but I'll have to pack pretty tightly in there to make it work. Otherwise, the facility is the nicest storage place I've encountered, and have used several in the past. I appreciate that it's all indoors, and air conditioned. I'm not storing stuff that's sensitive to heat, but I am, so it'll be great staying cool while putting stuff in/getting stuff out. The facility is new, so it's clean, and not all banged up. Yet.

The entire staff was friendly and professional. I was helped by Megan at the escondido StorQuest. She was engaging and knowledgeable and walked me through everything as well as gave me a tour of the facility. I highly recommend this storage facility. Between the price and courteous and professional staff StorQuest can't be beat

The ladies in the front dest were outstanding, She helped us over and beyond what she needed to do and it . On our moving in day they were just as well helping guide us threw opening the door to locking up. I would highly recommend this facility

When I was looking for a storage unit I came upon StorQuest. There was one review that was negative on yelp. It said that the place was horrible, that the staff was terrible, that homeless people were living in the units, and that the staff were all racist, and to be careful! Because of that review, I just had to check this place out, to see how such a place could be in business. When I got there I saw the cleanest, climate controlled storage facility that I had ever seen in my life!! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and definitely not racist! The prices were great. I am recommending this facility to everyone... thx, StorQuest!! P.S. I rarely write reviews, but I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t resist this one!!
