This is a good facility with a helpful and friendly staff. Krista is very nice, very knowledgable about the process and efficient in getting you setup. This is always my forst look foro local storage.

Booking process though Sparefoot was simple and to the point. Showed up to the storage facility to find the unit was ready. Paid the fees which include first month $42 insurance $12 admin fee $20 - if you have no lock that's an additional cost as well.

The couple that are here are very customer service focused and make you feel like you're more than a dollar sign. They explained everything well and are very wonderful people to store my belongings safely

The facility itself is fine, but the staff is very unprofessional, to the point of rude and insulting... So my bf and 2 friends and I went to go check out the storage to see if it would be big enough for all our stuff. We were all exhausted from packing the night before, so we sat down in the unit to take a quick break and discuss how we were going to make everything fit. Well, the girl from the front office came up and proceeded to tell us that there was no "hanging out" in the units and (here's the rude part) she said "I'm just reminding you because I already have a bad feeling about you guys renting this unit". I WAS ABSOLUTELY FLOORED! Instead of introducing herself, she was prejudging us instead?! I just looked at her and said "yeah, me too." Needless to say, we won't be storing there next month.

Meet with a smile, quick and efficient check-in process, even switching units that met my needs. Great service at the front office, ver6 helpful. Easy access in and out of the gate, very clean facility!

Not much to say yet, since I barely moved in. Didn't realize how out of the way it would be for me, prior to move in. Also, didn't seem to friendly. Feel like I made a mistake, but only time will tell.

The manager, is wonderful and very helpful.

Not really recommend because of staff. Location is ok. Price ok. My unit was not the size offered, it is less size. Parking lot very small. But staff member was unkind so I'm not storing there again.

MIL moved out and with no planning we called ahead : brought the truck and an hour later we were returning to our Sunday funday. Thank you

I have never rented a storage unit before and these guys made it so easy. Did everything online with the paperwork and then show up to pick up my lock the check into my unit. Great customer service.

The customer service was outstanding and so very helpful. The move in was smooth and any questions we had were answered. Because of Covid-19 everything was done contact free. All went well!!

Donte was terrific on check in. You need more carts and/or one should not have to surrender their driverﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s license to get a cart. In short no cart was available for us when we unloaded, and we were too far from entrance to keep checking back given our time constraint. That was quite disappointing.

Pricing was the best between all facilities. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Went to several storage units that had outrageous prices. This place was close to my residence and service was excellent

Nicole was so kind and showed us all around till we found the perfect unit! Everyone there is nice and helpful and the process was quick. I would definitely recommend this self storage to all my friends and family

Really great prices and frendly staff

We moved from El Centro to Escondido and looked all over the place for storage. We found Cube Smart Self Storage and they were very informative, helpful, polite and yes very affordable. Through out the entire process they've gone above and beyond my expectations and would recommend them to everyone I know.

Unit and everything was as expected. Customer service is above and beyond! Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s good to be treated like your business matters.

staff is great even went above & beyond for me,on a 2nd unit!! (btw Thanks again!) gate hours & access are good. my only complaint is the carts not being available after office hours. with the amount of security cameras getting away with stealing one is highly unlikely. But Overall it's a great, secure, place to store my priceless crap! THANKS All!

Booked on a Sunday, and was in and out in 5-10 minutes. The hrs are great for access. Due to traffic on Sunday I barley made it by 3pm and the staff was ready to go home but didn't make me feel as if I couldn't ask whatever questions I needed. I felt terrible for being there just before or right @ 3 but they got me in and out quickly easing my guilt of keeping them late on a Sunday. Thanks to them, I was able to move stuff that night till 10pm.

I have been doing a lot of research to find an airconditioned storage unit, Cube Smart storage was the beal by far.

Setting this up was easy & convenient. the space is great. I store my business supplies here and it's great that I can access them up till 10PM. Clean & easy to get to. Great office support.

Customer service was the first line of contact, very professional with a hint of kindness and love for what I was looking for. The representative was very smart and knowledgeable and answered all of my million and one questions. He was very pleasant after the end of our call I asked to speak with a manager because of the excellent service I received. They took the time to look into me using the moving truck. Any customer had it reserved, but I appreciated that confirmed whether be available or not the minute I asked.

Getting established at Cube Storage in Escondido was a piece of cake. The process was quick and efficient. The facility is clean and easy to access. I am very pleased with my decision to use this facility.

Friendly to deal with, the attendant was courteous and informative.

Place was great, the service was stellar. They were quick to get me in and ready for the day and provided a moving truck for me to bundle all my trips in the day to just one place. One note: If you are looking to rent the truck, ensure there is the amount of gas that the say there is. I unfortunately I gave it good faith that they knew about the slightly lower gas gauge (Even filled it up more than when I first received it) and they hassled me about it for a couple minutes. Overall they were nice gentlemen and were eager to help me out where and when they could.

Nice place more of an elevation on the second floor would be nice it's so stuffy up there

I am glad I decided to choose this facility for my precious items. I just wish there was more air ventilation on the second floor and better lighting in the unit itself I saw that they had rat poison packets on the floor I hope that I will not have to deal with any RAT damage to my furniture or items.

For far too many years I've been utilizing various storage units and, to date, the CubeSmart facility in Escondido has been the best self-storage experience I've had. They offer a wide range of unit sizes, priced fairly by size, ease of access, and other pertinent options and the office staff are very friendly, personable, and easy to work with. They are all thoroughly familiar with the services they offer, have an excellent work ethic, take obvious pride in their work, and strive to provide the best customer service I've had the pleasure of experiencing in over a decade with ANY business. I appreciate their consistent professionalism, particularly when mine faltered during an extremely stressful recent move; they have office staff available every day with unit access hours extending far before & after regular business hours; the facility is located right off the freeway and is secured; the elevators are positioned conveniently; and they offer high-quality moving supplies on site. Their prices are considerably lower than most, yet the units are actually much larger than any other I've used due to their extraordinary height. Many facilities appear to offer the same size units for rent (5 x 10, 10 x 10, etc), but their ceiling heights vary from 5' - 8'. CubeSmart units have 14' ceilings...a HUGE difference when it comes to cubic feet of storage space provided!

This was a very clean, well lit storage space that is secure and gives me a comfortable feeling about storing my goods here.

Moving cross-country is never easy, but Cube Smart made the last steps to unload my items a breeze. A clean facility, with good security and friendly staff was a welcome thing - and they were even open on Sunday.

The manager was awesome & had a lot of energy. Very friendly & put me at ease. He took the time to show me how everything worked. The location is perfect & it was very clean. The pricing was great too. Cheapest in the area.

They were great to work with. We had to change our unit and they were accommodating.

Price is reasonable, and the unit is very clean and seems to be quite secure. Great hours for access, as compared to another company that we had tried before. The only dislike I have is that the Unit does not have lights inside. The Staff are exceedingly friendly, courteous, and very professional.

I only had online what was available was upstairs and I need drive up access

I have not been in the unit 30 days but I must say the customer service I received was outstanding even though they seemed to be short handed the staff still made sure to accommodate my needs thank you

nice facility very helpful management

Everyone was super nice and accommodating. The units were clean and thankfully there was a big elevator for my stuff. The area is nice and do offer excellent security (gate codes, cameras, can purchase locks for like $12) and for all that with insurance a decent price of $60 a month. Would definitely go here again!

Staff was great and very helpful. Having large cart in elevator ready to go was very helpful.I will recommend this place over any other place. Free truck even though on small side with no ramp ran very well.

Excellent staff and service. on the phone they were very helpful. At the office they were very caring understanding and patient. They let me use their truck to move my stuff in and even helped me to find workers to help me move. I would certainly recommend this place to my friends.

Had Ive been looking somewhere else I would just be pulling my hair out!! I stopped to request a estimate for a unit and having compare prices and fees I ended up booking a unit right there with no hassle. The only problem I have seen is the carts to move our stuff from our cars to units, especially if in the 2nd floor: there aren't that many and one nightI had to bring my boxes BY HAND up to the second floor!!!!! Also they don't mention the insurance fee is added to your monthly payment ;( Other than that I thought it was a decent business :) Thank you!

This is my first time using storage, I called several different places - I was pleased with the price and the special on the 1st month. The man at the desk was very friendly and helpful. I'm happy with it.

The storage facility was very clean and had a great moving deal with a military discount! I loved the customer service and how they provide a move-in truck for free! The best!

Very quick and easy even for a Saturday afternoon. Access to the unit was simple and easy to remember.

The storage facility is nice and clean. My only problem was locating a cart to move my boxes on since I rent an interior unit. If they would have more carts, that would be great! Other than that, I highly recommend this location.
