Public Storage - Fairfield - 990 Beck Ave

I feel confident with all of the security measures that my items are safe at this facility. There are two locks on each door which provides extra security. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was also very clean which made me feel comfortable.

I would recommend only if they try to keep the pricing low

Great staff. Clean facility

I happened to be looking for a $1.00 storage unit. And before that, pretty much was having a bad day.. I located a PUBLIC STORAGE center in Fairfield Ca. On Beck street I explained to the associate, that I was interested in one of the units as advertised on TV. Although there were none abailable, the associate at the desk , seeing that I wasnt having a good day. Proceeded to look up on the computer to help me further. Out of all the things I had been mad about but was steadily saying ,something good has got to come out of this day. And it was, CANDICE , AN ASSOCIATE OF PUBLIC STORAGE, in Fairfield, Ca. Talked to me and assured me that, she understood the situation, and was willing to give me a chance and regroup. Now not only was that exeptional service but it was above and beyond the call of duty. So I just wanted to thank them and her for standing up and honoring a T.V advertisement. That means nothing until you see., for yourself its not just marketing. But undersyanding as well.

Moving is stressful. Storing all of one's belongings in a strange place is also stressful. Candice was professional and explained the facility and I feel secure knowing she's on duty!

I was in the midst of a very difficult time in my life and had to make a quick seven day move. I was highly impressed with the ease of making reservations and the professional and considerate staff who made a difficult time more bearable. I applaud Public Storage, particularly the California Street location in Pittsburg, California.

The unit I rented was sufficient for my needs. My only concern, no lights in the unit. While there, I was also told my another tenant her storage had been stolen, locks changed, etc. I don't know this for a fact, but if it is the case, put security camers inside buildings as well as the ones outside.

The place is good and the staff are friendly and helpful until now, also the prices are really good fitting my budget.
