Glad I scaled up to a 10' x 10', I nearly packed it floor to ceiling, front to back! Access was always clear and easy, just wish the gate didn't close at 10 pm, a little early for my schedule.

Questions were answered and showed unit immediately.

The employees talk friendlyly.

A slight smell of sewage in the area and access door was rusted and hard to open and close. It was probably just my unit but worth mentioning

Management is beyond helpful. They check in after the fact to follow up and ensure everything has gone well.

I had a last minute reservation and within 10 minutes they called me to confirm that they had a unit. The manager was extremely helpful and explained everything with great detail. Would recommend and use again in the future.

The only thing negative, is the entry, is tight and hard to enter from street

very close to base and very good pricing! Just hate that it's not 24/7 but hey you can't have you cake and eat it too!

Manager was efficient and helpful. Easy to get in and out.

The customer service was the best and the sales representative went out of her way to make sure I was fully satisfied. I am not sure of the sales agents name but she was very helpful and made me feel comfortable with leaving my car at your facility for one year. A tasks that I know was not easy.

The costumer service was outstanding. She helped us very much and was extremely kind. The storage space was very clean and the security for the entire cube smart facility is great.
