I have been at cube smart a week yet but it is one of the better priced storage facilities I have rented from.and the gates are open till 10pm. I have been happy so far the elevator works great,not like public storage.

The only reason it's not 5 stars is because the overall security is on the weak side.

Lionel was very helpful getting me setup and moved in quickly.

The manager was very helpful and on the spot with the basic facts I needed. I like the availability until evening of this place.

Staff at CubeSmart were very pleasant and professional. They explained everything well and were certainly more than happy to be of service. I would recommend this place to everyone in the Bay Area, especially those who are within two hours since they have a complimentary truck available for use.

Access from elevator is a little like a maze. The customer service is excellent, efficient and caring.

The staff were very professional the facility was very clean and the elevator and dolly that were provided made the experience of moving my things easy as pie.

It was easy to do the paperwork and the front desk attendant was extremely helpful. I do wish they told you about the insurance upfront so you can budget it in and see if the price really does work for you.

Easy to get to, cost less than other storage places, and easy to maneuver with their dollies.

I see the bottom line - I got what I needed and the staff works well with me.

I enjoyed the experience that both Judy and Margie provided. The ease of moving in was a bit off but it was clearly no one's fault, just a system glitch. No worries though as it all worked out in the end :) I have a nice clean unit and all is well - thank you!

I had a good experience. There were no issues at all. The guy at the front desk was helpful and walked me thru what to expect. I wanted my payment set for a certain date and he made it happen.

I worked with Judy in the office, she was very friendly, super clear about everything, and got the paperwork done with a quickness! I had to use their bathroom while I was there and it was SPOTLESS, which always says a lot to me. The unit I rented was a 5x10, upstairs- but they had equipment there you could use to assist (I didn't need to, but she offered) and everything was clean, in good shape, and I was in and out of there in less than an hour!

Good deal for storage 5x15 than rest of storage.

This is my first storage experience and it went flawlessly with the exception of the movers not packing as I asked. The drive up location is in a very convenient place for me. Overall I am very happy with my decision!
